By accessing or using RuneDiary, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. By creating an account, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
Description of Service
RuneDiary provides tracking and display of RuneScape achievements and progress through integration with the Dink RuneLite plugin. You can view tracked achievements in your activity feed and community statistics.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You can update your account settings in your profile. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. For example, you must not:
- Use the service to violate RuneScape's terms of service
- Attempt to access accounts or data not belonging to you
- Test the vulnerability of our system or network
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RuneDiary and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RuneDiary be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
