- What's the difference between RSN Only and Full User?
- RSN Only accounts can only track their own progress, while Full User accounts can follow friends, join groups, and access community features - all for free!
- How does Discord integration work?
- Premium users can set up Discord webhooks alongside the app to get real-time notifications when they or their friends achieve milestones like rare drops, pets, or level-ups.
- How long is my data stored?
- Data retention varies by account type: RSN Only keeps stats history for 1 year (no events/images stored). Free accounts keep stats for 1 year and events/images for 1 month. Premium accounts keep stats for 1 year and events/images for 1 full year. When retention periods expire, older data is automatically deleted.
- What are the payment options for Premium?
- Premium is £5 for 1 year of access. During checkout, you can also choose a monthly subscription option if you prefer smaller payments.
- What happens when my premium access expires?
- Your account reverts to Free tier limitations. Events and images older than 1 month will be deleted according to Free tier data retention policy. Your stats history (1 year) remains unchanged. You can upgrade again anytime to restore premium features and extended data retention.
- Can I switch between payment options?
- Yes! You can switch from monthly to yearly (or vice versa) at any time. Contact support and we'll help you make the change.
- Is my data secure?
- Absolutely. We use industry-standard security practices and never store sensitive information.
